His diverse professional background, combined with strong leadership and financial management skills, provides a solid foundation for his journey toward business ownership.

Zia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Master's degree in Operations Management, and a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping. Throughout his career, he has held a range of management positions across Australia and internationally, developing expertise in financial administration, operational efficiency, client relationship management, and strategic planning.

As a participant in the Right and Keystone Franchise Readiness Program, Zia is expanding his knowledge of Australian taxation, accounting systems, and advisory services while building the practical skills required to operate a successful accounting practice. His experience working with businesses, community organisations, and financial institutions allows him to understand the unique challenges faced by individuals, entrepreneurs, and small business owners.

Most recently, Zia has worked in accounting and office management roles within the construction industry, overseeing financial operations, project administration, and business processes. Prior to relocating to Australia, he spent many years in leadership roles within the banking and development sectors, including serving as a Business Relationship Manager with First MicroFinance Bank and a Rural Development Manager with the Aga Khan Development Network.
