Ross Quattrocchi is a seasoned finance and shared services executive with over two decades of leadership experience across major Australian companies. Now leading Right and Keystone’s Hills District franchise, Ross brings deep expertise in accounting, credit and risk management, accounts payable, payroll, and end-to-end shared services operations.

Having held senior roles at Inghams, Rexel, A2 Milk, Panasonic, and Carter Holt Harvey, Ross has built a reputation for transforming processes, driving commercial performance, and leading high-performing teams. His work has included managing large-scale ERP implementations, streamlining P2P and AR functions, overseeing payroll for thousands of employees, and building shared service functions from the ground up.

Ross is a Fellow of both the Institute of Public Accountants and the Institute of Financial Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from UTS. He now applies his corporate insight and leadership to serve individuals and small businesses in the Hills District with integrity, efficiency, and care.
