Ishwor Khanal is an experienced finance and accounting professional with a strong background in financial management, business administration, and client service. He holds both a Master of Professional Accounting and a Master of Business Administration, providing him with a solid foundation in accounting, finance, and business strategy.

With more than seven years of experience across the construction, automotive, healthcare, and education sectors, Ishwor has developed extensive expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, compliance, and business operations. He currently works as a Finance Manager in the construction industry, where he oversees key financial functions and supports strategic decision-making.

As a participant in the Right and Keystone Franchise Readiness Program, Ishwor is further strengthening his taxation, advisory, and practice management capabilities while preparing to establish his own accounting business. In addition to his corporate experience, he has been supporting individuals and small businesses for the past two years through bookkeeping, accounting, and business support services.

His areas of expertise include bookkeeping, BAS preparation and lodgement, payroll and superannuation management, financial reporting, budgeting, and cloud accounting solutions. He is also a Registered ASIC Agent (Agent No. 52390) and is proficient in leading accounting software platforms including Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks.
